In Senegal, President Macky Sall's brainchild, the 'city of the future' begins to take shape. Diamniadio will eventually house the various branches of government, the UN headquarters, universities and sports stadiums. But titanic project requires a huge workforce attracting migrants from all over West Africa. Now those workers are alleging poor and even dangerous working conditions on various construction sites within the project.
