Singer, model, actress Lynn Catherine Carey was born October 29, 1946 in Los Angeles, in the family of the famous actor Macdonald Carey. Lynn began her career in show business as an actress and model. She has had small roles in the comedy Lord Love A Duck and How Sweet It Is!, has appeared on the TV shows Lassie, The Man From UNCLE, Run For Your Life and The Wild Wild West. ". Lynn also became a member of the CK Strong group, and then the vocalist of Ivar Avenue Reunion. It was here that she met with Canadian bassist, poet and composer Robert Neilson Lillie, better known as Neil Merryweather - in 1971, the duo recorded the album "Vacuum Cleaner". Lynn achieved her greatest success with the group Mama Lion, who released two excellent albums in 1972-73. She tried herself not only as a vocalist, but acted as a bass player and sometimes picked up a solo guitar. The character of the girl was as uncompromising as her voice, as evidenced by a short but provocative career in Penthouse magazine, where she was recognized as the model of the month in December 1972. After releasing her solo album Good Times in 1984, Lynn continued her musical career in various jazz ensembles.
