Woman genuinely concerned about her car stalling while driving through flood water

Distressing footage has surfaced of Kathleen Scruton worrying about her car and her dogs in it while driving through flood water.
With the water going all the way up to the doors and the cars ahead of hers moving at a snail's pace, Kathleen seems pretty concerned about her ride getting stalled in the middle of the freeway.
"I got stuck on Highway One northbound in Morro Bay, not knowing it had just flooded," the filmer told WooGlobe. "The freeway was not closed yet and all cars were forced to drive through the flood as there was no way to turn around."
