Police officers in eastern China transported students in a water bucket through deep floodwaters to an exam centre for a university entrance exam.

The video, shot in Susong County in Anhui Province on July 8, shows several police officers carrying a bucket with students inside and wading through a flooded street.

According to reports, the students were unable to travel to the exam centre as the streets were flooded.

Since the alley was very narrow and canoes could not pass through, the police borrowed the water buckets from the local residents to carry the students to exam centre.

Police transported more than a dozen of students to the exam centre safely and punctually.

The video was provided by local media with permission.
