Fanny — Mother’s Pride 1973 (USA, Pop/Glam Rock)
  • last year
After "Fanny Hill", no one threw sidelong glances at the girls, and "Fanny" quietly and successfully toured the cities of Europe and America. However, change was just around the corner, and it showed up on Mother's Pride. Todd Rundgren took over from Richard Perry at the production desk, and under his direction the team recorded a ballad-oriented, folk-and-country-inclined album. At the end of the sessions, a major scandal erupted in the group, as a result of which Alice and June flew out of the lineup one by one.
