This lick is based on C minor pentatonic scale.
The first bending spot is often used. The whole step bending from F is G, which is the same note as the 8th fret, B string. Repeating the same note with bending (or sometimes slide) and non-bending sounds very cool and bluesy. You can use the same trick on B string and high E string as well.
The sequence of the 3rd bar, count 4, is very often used not only in blues, but also in rock and pop music. Try extending the sequence from the 1st string to the 6th string.
