One of Manchester’s favourite bars has a brand new breakfast menu and we were lucky enough to get to try it out. Albert’s Schloss in Deansgate is known as a ‘party palace’ in Manchester City centre, but on November 30 they started opening from 9am to cater a unique breakfast for fans of their food. We spoke to executive chef, Paul Kirk, about the brand new breakfast treats.
