Tsunami Warning issued in Solomon Islands.

Earthquake with a 7.0 Richter magnitude has struck Solomon Islands following which a Tsunami alert was issued in the Solomon Islands. Localities have claimed that the shaking during the earth quake lasted for 20 seconds destroying some of the house hold materials the people reported. There were power cuts in some of the areas and, people were also seen to be fleeing to open areas.
Just as an add on Solomon Islands lies to the north of Australia, it belongs to Oceania continent, it capital name is Honiara and its official language is English.
