"It is the gender reveal of my first baby," said the mother-to-be, Elizabeth Maclay. "We had a small celebration due to COVID at the time-just with my parents and sisters, brother-in-law, and nephews.
"My dad unintentionally found the gender before the reveal when he went to pick up the cake, and they left the gender on the receipt. A big, loud Italian family—chaos ensued!"
