Labor unveils plan to expand paid parental leave scheme to 26 weeks

Parents will be provided with more federal government support in the years ahead, with paid parental leave increasing. 20 weeks of leave paid at the national minimum wage will be offered from July next year, that figure will increase every year by two weeks, until it reaches 26 weeks by 2026
