Lightspeed-backed FrontRow, the ed-tech startup, has laid off 75% of its workforce, impacting about 130 employees, leaving the company with a leaner team of about 40 staffers, according to the statement given by its founder. This comes a day after edtech major Byju’s said it will lay off 5% of its 50,000-strong staff to achieve profitability through rationalisation.
