Kicks & Groin Squats

Loosening off this A.M. after cardio with some kicks and Waiter's Groin Squats to stretch out the outside of the feet & Peroneii. On Groin Squats you are on the outside of the feet and arise by squeezing the knees together which is ALL Groin! You gotta give these a try! God Bless!!
