Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon says she has not had a "proper conversation" with Liz Truss yet and calls for "some engagement" with herself and the Welsh First Minister Mark Drakeford. She goes on to describe the first few weeks of Truss's leadership as having had a "catastrophically damaging" effect on the country.
