S Jaishankar drops truth bomb on Indian Foreign Policy, says Art 370 was temporary Constitutional provision

During a book reading session of 'Modi@20' in Washington DC on Monday, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar talked about Article 370 which gave special status to J K and how it was a temporary provision of the Constitution.
He said, "If you look at the Article 370 issue, what was a temporary provision of the Constitution was finally put to rest. This was supposed to be an act of majoritarian, now tell me what was happening in Kashmir was not majoritarian?"
The External Affairs Minister was attending an interactive session in Washington DC when he made the statement.
