Several Popular Front of India (PFI) members were detained/arrested as the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and other probe agencies carried out the second round of raids on the radical outfit.

Raids on PFI are being carried out in eight different states. More than 170 PFI members have been detained/arrested from these states in fresh raids.

Paramilitary forces, along with local police, were also mobilised in Delhi’s Shaheen Bagh as raids were underway. Section 144 was also imposed in the Jamia Nagar on Tuesday.
