‘Karding’ slightly weakens, expected to exit PAR Monday night — PAGASA

Typhoon Karding (international name: Noru) has slightly weakened as it moved farther away from Luzon on Monday morning, Sept. 26.

According to the 11 a.m. bulletin of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), Karding was last seen 230 kilometers (km) west of Dagupan City in Pangasinan, and is expected to exit the country’s area of responsibility on Monday evening.
