Rape-accused Lingayat seer to be presented in court, BJP seeks public apology from Jharkhand CM Soren

The BJP has sought a public apology from Chief Minister Hemant Soren, who made comments like "Yeh Hota Rehta Hai" (This keeps happening), following the death of a minor girl, who was raped and hung from a tree in Jharkand's Dumka.
