Supreme court stops 'No Contact Apprehension' policy | News Night

The Supreme Court has issued a stay order stopping the implementation of a contested traffic scheme in some cities here in Metro Manila. The case against the no contact apprehension policy or NCAP for traffic violators has been set for oral arguments around five months from now.
