ITBP bus plunges into river in J&K's Pahalgam, 6 jawans dead

At least six troopers of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) were killed and several others were injured after a bus carrying them fell into a river in the Pahalgam area of Jammu and Kashmir.
The bus was carrying 39 personnel, including 37 from the ITBP and two policemen from the J K Police, on Tuesday. The accident took place near Chandanwari as the bus fell down into the river after its breaks reportedly failed.
