The Three Service Chiefs - Army Chief General Manoj Pande, Navy Chief Admiral R Hari Kumar and Air Force Chief Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari - laid wreath at the National War Memorial in Delhi on Kargil Vijay Diwas.
