ED heat on Sanjay Raut, Kanhaiya Lal’s murder accused shifted to Ajmer high-security jail, more

Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut on Friday said that he will appear before the Enforcement Directorate at 12 noon today in connection with a money laundering case. Taking to Twitter, Raut also appealed to the party workers not to gather in front of the probe agency’s office. In the Udaipur murder case, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot met with the slain tailor Kanhaiya Lal’s family on Thursday. Taking strict action, Gehlot removed the Udaipur Superintendent of police and Inspector-General of Police and shifted the two accused – Riyaz Akhtari and Ghaus Mohammad to a high-security jail in Ajmer.
