Report shows ambulance ramping linked to 70 preventable deaths in Victoria

Deadly ambulance ramping was on the rise at Victorian hospitals before the pandemic, according to a new study. But the Premier Daniel Andrews maintains the current health crisis is a direct result of the pandemic.
