The Supreme Court hearing on the plea filed by the Shinde camp over the disqualification notice is underway.
Rebel Shiv Sena MLA Eknath Shinde approached the Supreme Court against the disqualification notices issued by the Deputy Speaker against rebel Maharashtra MLAs.
The plea also challenged the appointment of Ajay Chaudhary as the Shiv Sena's legislative leader in the House in place of Shinde.
