As the Maharashtra political crisis deepened, several Shiv Sena workers took to the streets against the party rebels across Maharashtra and Delhi on Sunday.

Shiv Sena workers supporting Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray held a ‘Joote Maro’ andolan against the rebel Sena MLAs in Pune.

Earlier, the supporters of Eknath Shinde camp had painted over posters put up in support of Uddhav Thackeray in Thane.

Meanwhile, Eknath Shinde's supporters have been appealed to gather in Maharashtra's Thane ahead of the Supreme Court's hearing on pleas filed by the Shinde camp over disqualification notices to rebel MLAs.
