Eknath Shinde and his group of rebel MLAs are preparing to visit the court to protest against their suspension from the Shiv Sena party. The Deputy Speaker will make his decision on the situation, in which they disapprove. The rebel MLAs are against Ajay Choudhari being elected as the MLA group leader.
