Maharashtra political crisis: Security beefed up outside Eknath Shinde’s residence

Security has been beefed up at the residence of rebel leader Eknath Shinde in Thane after several Shiv Sena supporters gathered outside his house. He is currently staying at Radisson Blu Hotel in Guwahati, Assam, along with other rebel MLAs of the state. Mumbai Police has imposed Section 144 of CrPC in Mumbai.
