Prepare for political struggle: NCP chief Sharad Pawar tells party leaders as Maharashtra crisis continues

Amid the ongoing political crisis in Maharashtra, a meeting of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leaders was convened at the residence of NCP supremo Sharad Pawar on Thursday to assess the situation. As the numbers of Shiv Sena MLAs continue to dwindle, Sharad Pawar has asked leaders to prepare themselves for further political struggle if they lose power. Pawar said, "If we lose power, be ready and prepare yourself for further political struggle." An NCP source at the meeting chaired by party chief Sharad Pawar said," We have advised CM (Uddhav Thackeray) to take a tough stand. NCP is with him in this situation." Watch the full report here.
