Starmer 'confident' over standards investigation into gifts

Labour Leader Sir Keir Starmer says he's "absolutely confident there's no problem", after the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards launched an investigation over whether football tickets he received as a gift broke sections of the MPs' code of conduct.
