A few days back, the Chief Justice of Pakistan, CJP Gulzar Ahmed, heard a case petition related to the demolition of Nasla Tower. However, the Supreme Court of Pakistan rejected the petition and also ordered the Commissioner to take all procedures to vacate the building in 30 days. However, residents of Nasla tower protested against the decision as they bought apartments at high prices and in case of demolition they will deprived off their life time savings.
