Rollo Pollo Kebab Recipe By Chef Naushaba Ahmed

INGREDIENTS

• Minced Beef: 1/4 kg
• Potatoes: 1/4 kg (boiled and mashed)
• Corn Flour: 4 tbsp
• Green Chillies: 2-3 chopped
• Coriander Leaves: 2 tbsp chopped
• Breadcrumbs: as required
• Eggs: 2 (beaten until frothy)
• Onion: 1 tbsp (fine chopped)
• Salt: 1 tsp
• Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
• All Spice Powder: 1 tsp
• Butter: 2 tbsp
• Oil: for frying

METHOD

1. Mix minced beef, boiled mashed potatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, salt, onions, all spice powder, corn flour and butter well in a bowl.
2. Kebab mixture is ready.
3. Make small kebabs with your palms.
4. Beat eggs well until they come to froth.
5. Dip kebabs in eggs and roll in breadcrumbs.
6. Deep fry in wok until golden brown.
7. Tasty rollo pollo kebabs are ready.
8. Serve with chips and salad.
