How To Make Jal Wale Cutlets At Home

INGREDIENTS

250 gm Mince
1 Onion chopped
1 Potato boiled and mashed
2 Egg
4 Green chilies wholes
1 1/2 cup Water
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp All spice
2 tbsp Coriander leaves

METHOD

Boil 250 gm mince with 1 ½ cup water, 1 tsp ginger garlic
paste, 4 whole green chilies, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt and 1 chopped
onion till mince is tender, cool and grind in chopper with 2 tbsp coriander
leaves, add ½ tsp all spice, mash potato and 1 egg, mix very well make into
flat cutlets, dip in beaten egg and fry with oil as required.
