In this video I show you guys new ways to workout your shoulders. They're fun, easy to do, cost efficient and worth giving a try! Remember to warmup your shoulders and get your heart rate up. When doing this workout I gave, be sure to keep your rest times shorter and don't overwork yourself. The shoulders are a sensitive muscle and fatigue easily.
