Thali is also used to refer to an Indian-style meal made up of a selection of various dishes which are served on a platter. Indian Mini Thali Ingredients :

For Chicken Curry
2 tbsp Mustard Oil
2 tbsp Ghee
1/8 tsp Asafoetida
3 Onions (sliced)
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 kg Chicken
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Seed Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
3 Tomatoes (chopped)
1 tbsp Green Chilli Pickle
Salt (as required)
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)

For Aloo Tareko
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
1 tbsp Ghee
10-12 Fenugreek Seeds
5 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
1 & 1/2-inch Ginger (crushed)
4 Potatoes (sliced)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Seed Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
Salt (as required)
5 Green Chillies (slit)

Simple Raita
1 cup Yogurt
Salt (as required)
1/2 cup Spring Onions (chopped)
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
