Recently, an attempt was made to revive the sluggish Congress through a three-day Chintan Shivir organized in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Many strategies were discussed, many big decisions were taken and necessary directions were also given to the top leaders. On the last day of this contemplation camp, Rahul Gandhi said something in his address, which completely left the regional parties fuming.

देश में बीजेपी की सत्ता को ललकारने के लिये कांग्रेस कमर कसती दिखाई दे रही है। पिछले दिनों राजस्थान के उदयपुर में आयोजित कांग्रेस के तीन दिवसीय चिंतन शिविर के ज़रिये, सुस्त पड़ी कांग्रेस में एक नई जान फूंकने की कोशिश की गई। कई रणनीतियों पर चर्चा हुई, कई बड़े फैसले लिये गए और आला नेताओं को ज़रूरी दिशा-निर्देश भी दिये गए। इसी चिंतन शिविर के आखिरी दिन राहुल गांधी ने अपने संबोधन में कुछ ऐसा कह दिया, जो क्षेत्रीय दलों को पूरी तरह से नागवार गुज़रा।
