Afghan women defend right to drive as restrictions on licenses ordered

Women in Herat - Afghanistan's most progressive city - defend the right to drive after Taliban officials said they would stop issuing licenses to women. "I personally told a Talib that it's more comfortable for me to travel in my car rather than sitting beside a taxi driver," says Shaima Wafa. "And my family also happily allows me to travel in my own car."
