I started bodybuilding in 1991 at the age of 17 in the Sk Morava Kroměříž section under the direction of Robert Komiš. I completed my first races in 1992, the South Moravian Senior Championships, where I won 2nd place in the category up to 65 kg. At the CSFR championship, I finished in 8th place. In 1993, I joined the basic military service, where the conditions for training were almost zero. That is why I started to devote myself fully to bodybuilding only in 1994. In 1995 I took part in junior races where I took 2nd place at the Moravian Championships and 6th place at the Czech Championships, all in the 80 kg category. In 1996, I started working with coach Aleš Vavřík, who was preparing me to move to the men's category. He is my coach to this day. The "Spring 1996" season was very successful, I won the Champion of Moravia and 3rd place at the Czech Championships in the category up to 75 kg.
The year was 1997 and I planned to start up to 80 kg, but due to a knee injury I had to stop training for a long time. Then came the year 1998-99 and the success of the 2nd place at the Czech Championships in the category. up to 80kg, a year later up to 90.kg, together with the nomination for the European Championships in the category up to 80kg, where unfortunately I did not advance to the semifinals. In the year 2000 I took part in the European Championships in Switzerland, where I placed 9th in the 90kg category. In our cup competitions I won 2nd place at the Pepa Opava Grand Prix and 1st place at the Promil Cup.
In 2001, I prepared for the nomination for the World Championships up to 90 kg, which took place at G.P.Pepa Opava, but it was unsuccessful for me, even though I won the category. up to 90kg on the same cup. I was also the Absolute Winner at the Fitness 2000 competition in Mariánské Lázně and won 2nd place at the Promil Cup in Hradec Králové. I haven't raced since then, I got married and my daughter Eliška was born. Further preparation was more difficult, I wanted to stop racing. It wasn't until 2004 that I decided to try again. I went to the preparation with the understanding that I want to win all the home races. My biggest worries were about Petr Soukup, whom I saw at the Czech Championships in 2003. I also competed with him for the Absolute Champion of the Czech Republic and defeated him. I was also nominated for the European Championships in Budapest, with the aim of being in the finals, above expectations I took 3rd place in the category up to 87.5 kg. I also started in th
