Speaker: Vote will be held over whether PM misled Parliament

Speaker of the House of Commons Sir Lindsay Hoyle announces that, "having taken advice" from the clerks of the house, he will grant Parliament the opportunity to hold a debate and a vote over whether Boris Johnson misled MPs over 'partygate'.
