Hubli In Karnataka Sees Violence Between Two Groups Over Social Media Post: 40 Arrested, 12 Policemen Injured

 On April 16, violence took place at the old Hubli police station in the Dharwad district, Karnataka. 40 people have been arrested & 12 police personnel, including an inspector, have been left injured. A mob threw stones at the police station. Reportedly, police resorted to mild lathi-charge and used tear gas shells. Basavaraj Bommai, Karnataka Chief Minister, termed the incident as an organised attack. Watch the video to know more.
