Decision to dissolve Parliament is unconstitutional - Pak SC

Taking suo motu cognizance, the Supreme court has given the verdict after hearing the arguments of all the parties. The Supreme Court has held that the deputy speaker's decision on April 3 was unconstitutional. The National Assembly will vote on the no-confidence motion on April 9. The five-member bench of the court consisted of Justice Ijazul Ahsan, Justice Mohammad Ali Mazhar, Justice Muneeb Akhtar and Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel.
