The Uttarakhand government has decided to dissolve the Devasthanam Board. Since 2019, the Devasthanam Board used to manage 51 temples of Uttarakhand including Chardham. But this decision of the BJP government of the state was not welcomed by Hindu organizations, temple priests and saints. Thus Uttarakhand government has withdrawn the Devasthanam Board. Watch.
