'A girl in North Dakota found out the hard way why it's never a good idea to leave the house with wet hair.
Funny but head-turning footage shared by Nikita Kelly shows her sitting in her car and "cracking" the lower end of her hair that apparently froze in the chilling weather of Harvey, but wait! There seems to be a twist.
"PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT: DO NOT forget to dry your hair," the subject wrote. "Well, it's not my real hair. I covered a wig in water, then set it outside, put it on, and made this gem."
