This is the second time after 1950 that Delhi is experiencing severe heat in March. Due to dry cyclonic winds, the effect of severe heat is being seen in Punjab, Haryana and adjoining areas. The Indian Meteorological Department has issued an alert that the temperature may reach 40 degree Celsius in Delhi.

1950 के बाद ऐसा दूसरी बार है कि मार्च में दिल्ली में भीषण गर्मी पड़ रही है. शुष्क चक्रवाती हवाओं के चलते पंजाब, हरियाणा और आसपास के क्षेत्रों में भीषण गर्मी का असर देखा जा रहा है. भारतीय मौसम विभाग ने अलर्ट जारी किया गया है कि दिल्ली में 40 डिग्री सेल्सियस तापमान पहुंच सकता है.
