A four-month-old baby is facing a long road to recovery after contracting Japanese encephalitis while on a family holiday on the Murray River. With many holiday makers flocking to Victoria- New South Wales border for the long weekend experts are reminding people to take extra precautions and protect themselves from mosquito bites.
