1 KILO DE ESPINAZO DE PUERCO.
2 PIEZAS DE CHAMORRO DE PUERCO.
2 CEBOLLA ENTERA.
1 CABEZA DE AJO ENTERA 4 DIENTES MAS DE AJO.
2 BARAS DE APIO.
3 VARAS DE EPAZOTE.
10 TOMATILLOS VERDES.
1 MAZO DE CILANTRO.
2 CHILES POBLANOS.
2 JALAPEñOS.
2 CHILES VERDES CALIFORNIA.
1 CUCHARADA GRANDE DE SAL.
1 LATA GRANDE MAIZ POZOLERO. O MAS SEGUN TU GUSTO.
SUFICIENTES AGUA QUE CUBRA MUY BIEN LAS CARNES.

1 CUCHARADA DE OREGANO,CUMINO,CONSOME,PIMIENTA MOLIDA Y ENTERA.
