Residents from the Cebu Province who got affected by Typhoon Odette and received a "Dasig Sugbo" card try their luck to line up outside a mall in Colon St. Cebu City on Thursday March 3, 2022 as they avail up to P8,000 worth of grocery items but only 200 persons can enter the supermarket per day.
