The Regional Centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) in Bhubaneswar has forecast light to moderate rain or thundershowers over the districts of north coastal Odisha, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Angul and Dhenkanal till morning of Feb 27.
