The Uttar Pradesh government on Friday told the Supreme Court that it has withdrawn all action initiated against those protesting against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and notices issued for compensation.Let us tell you that the Supreme Court had reprimanded the UP government in this case. This action was taken by the state government regarding the damage caused to public property. The UP government informed the Supreme Court that it has withdrawn the notices issued to 274 anti-CAA protesters in 2019 for recovery of damages allegedly caused to public property by them and the proceedings against them have also been withdrawn.

Uttar Pradesh government ने शुक्रवार कोसुप्रीम कोर्ट को बताया कि उसने Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) के विरोध में प्रदर्शन करने वालों के खिलाफ शुरू की गई समस्त कार्रवाई और भरपाई के लिए जारी नोटिस वापस ले लिए हैं। बता दें कि इस मामले में Supreme Court ने UP government को फटकार लगाई थी. राज्य सरकार की ओर से सार्वजनिक संपत्ति को हुए नुकसान को लेकर यह कार्रवाई की गई थी. यूपी सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट को सूचित किया कि उसने 2019 में सीएए विरोधी 274 प्रदर्शनकारियों को उनके द्वारा कथित तौर पर सार्वजनिक संपत्ति को हुए नुकसान की वसूली के लिए जारी नोटिस वापस ले लिया है और उनके खिलाफ कार्यवाही भी वापस ले ली गई है.
