While truckers are gathering on Parliament Hill for their freedom protest,, and after the many riots and property damage caused last Spring and Summer by the BLM movement, and after arsonists burned, damaged and destroyed many historic Canadian Churches, and after violent mobs tore down and mutilated historic statues in Cities all across Canada,, and also after intense and volatile confrontations with First Nations over both past and present issues that had included throwing fire at trains and lengthy blockading of pipelines, roads and railways,, the NDP leader and the Liberal leader were very quick this time to immedeately call out, condemn and call it hate when first addressing the truckers protest issue in Question Period ?
Feb 3rd, 2022 Ottawa Canada, House of Commons Question Period - After waiting weeks on end to speak out or condemn the many protests of last year and after describing these actions as inappropriate or as unacceptable but understandable,, Trudeau and Singh are quick this time to immedeately condemn and accuse the Truckers Convoy Protest of : " hate ",, as well as,, "stealing food from the food bank", "desecrating statues",, "dishonouring Terry Fox and Canadian war heroes",, "harassing residents",, "flying hate flags",, "crime and violence", and also, "the inciting and the spreading of hate" ?

Feb 19, 2022, Saturday - Truckers (and everyone else) are cleared off the property by Police ! It's the END of the Parliament Hill Truckers Protest .. everyone went home - goodbye to all..
Feb 21st, 2002 - The truckers are now gone, the protest is over, and although the Emergency Measures Act is no longer needed for the emergency that it was called up for, the liberals and the NDP appear to have seen an opportunity here, and have joined forces to stop the Act from ending as it is required, and to instead hold onto the power and control that are granted under these (never before used ) Emergency Measures. They appear to have used Parliament to keep the Act open under false and questionable pretences, and thus retain the existence and enforcement of these anti-democratic measures, for an indefinite period of time ?
So-oo-o-o ,, it would now seem - that when this started 3 weeks ago Canadians were enjoying a freedom-loving democracy and a Charter of Rights that was the envy of the world, but has now changed into ( and remains ) some sort of a modified Police State where citizens do not understand the rules and have lost many democratic rights and freedom entitlements that they were enjoying just 3 weeks ago ? And we can only trust and depend solely on the current Government's will and say-so to eliminate or alter this unsettling loss
