Rahul Gandhi In Budget Session Of Parliament, Slams BJP, Says India A 'Union Of States'
On February 2, senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the debate on the presidential address. He said the presidential address should have been a “strategic address”, an address that spoke to India about where we are and where we should be going. Gandhi said, “I think there are three fundamental things that were not spoken about in the presidential address”. He said, “There are two Indias and not one India. One India is for the extremely rich people who have immense wealth and do not require jobs. And the other India is for the poor.” Gandhi also said, “If you read the Constitution, you'll find that India is described as a union of states. It is not described as a nation.” Watch the video to know more.
