A serving SAS soldier has told a Sydney court he witnessed decorated war veteran Ben Roberts- Smith shoot an Afghan captive dead and then ordered the execution of a second. Mr Roberts-Smiths high profile defamation case against three newspapers has resumed after a delay of more than six months caused by the pandemic.
